Wacky Wednesday…

Ok, so last night was tricky.  I violated my alcohol pact…sorry Cynthia…but it was a special occasion.  I attended an impromptu wedding.  I think that’s reason enough.  Plus Dustin was home for the night, so it was a crazy night.  Of course if drinking too much was the only problem, I would be fine, but of course it wasn’t.  I am usually very good with my late night eating, but if someone put crap in front of me when I am hungry and have been drinking, I’m gonna eat it.  McDonald’s chicken nuggets.  Ugh! Today I will get right back on track though.  I had a decent breakfast.  Could have been better but I had a rough start this morning.  Not for the reason you are thinking.  no hangover.  I drank about a gallon of water last night and woke up feeling fine.  not even a headache, but I had car issues and what not.  Now I am going to make up for last night.  I Will either hit the gym, or walk the beach, one way or the other I will get in some exercise today. I will through on my sneakers, and get to it.  I did bring a nice lunch, and for dinner I will be making something healthy and delicious.  Tomorrow I will make sure to make extremely healthy meals for all day, and really keep on it.  Weekends are usually my less strict days, so I have to get right on track.

I really am determined to make this happen.  Between Weight Watchers, and all the fun stuff I find on Pinterest, I am getting some great ideas, and really broadening my horizons with this stuff.  I just can’t wait to see the results.  Stick around, and you will too!
